Terms & Conditions go99 – The Complete Guide for All Malaysian Members

1Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following terms shall have the meanings as defined below:

• "go99" – refers to the go99 platform operated at go99-khelo.net, including all services, games, and features offered.
• "Member" or "You" – refers to any individual who has registered and holds a valid account with go99.
• "Platform" – refers to the website, app, and all digital channels used to access go99 services.

• "Account Balance" – the total amount in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) held in your go99 account at any given time.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

To register for and use the go99 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

3Deposits & Payment Methods

4Winnings Withdrawal

Withdrawal of winnings on go99 is subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM20 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.
• Full identity verification is required before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Regular members: daily withdrawal limit of RM5,000.
• VIP Silver members and above: daily withdrawal limits ranging from RM10,000 to RM50,000 depending on tier.

Withdrawal processing time for regular members is between 5 and 15 minutes after approval. Platinum and Diamond VIP members enjoy priority processing within 5 minutes. go99 reserves the right to delay withdrawals by up to 72 hours if a security review or additional verification is required.

5Bonus & Promotions

• The RM100 welcome bonus is subject to a 20x rollover within 7 days.
• VIP Cashback is calculated based on net weekly losses and credited every Monday before noon.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be directly converted to cash.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes fraud and will result in account closure.
• Go99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

6Game Rules

All games on go99 are governed by specific rules available in the help section of each game. The general rules applicable to all go99 games are:

• Game results are final and may not be disputed once a round or bet has concluded.
• Go99 uses an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fairness across all games.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, go99 reserves the right to void or cancel the affected bets and refund the deposit to the member's account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type – please refer to the betting table within each game.
• For sports betting such as Malaysia Super League and EPL football, odds may change until the bet is confirmed.
• Go99 reserves the right to reject or void any bets suspected of being placed through automated software, bots, or other unauthorised means.

7Accepted Member Conduct

As a go99 member, you agree not to engage in any of the following conduct:

• Using software, bots, or automated methods to play games or exploit the go99 system.
• Colluding with other members to cheat at games or gain an unfair advantage.
• Using unlawfully obtained or insider information to place bets.
• Uploading or sending offensive, obscene, or threatening content through the go99 chat feature.
• Conducting money transfers that may be linked to illegal activities or money laundering.
• Abusing the bonus system through multiple account registrations or other fraudulent methods.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Go99 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any member under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or game manipulation.
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• A voluntary self-exclusion request by the member.
• Compliance with directives issued by regulatory bodies or relevant authorities.

In the event of account closure due to a violation, go99 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance and pending winnings while conducting an internal investigation. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, the balance will be returned within 14 business days. If a violation is confirmed, all balances and winnings may be forfeited without compensation.

Members may close their account at any time by contacting go99 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours, and all valid balances will be returned following verification.

Go99's total liability to any member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Go99 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the go99 platform, unless a different effective date is specified.

Go99 will endeavour to notify members of material changes via email, in-platform notifications, or announcements on the homepage. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the go99 platform after any changes are posted will be deemed as your acceptance of the revised terms.
